Out-of-Service Area Trip Fee: If your practice is located more than 25 miles outside of our existing routes, a $25.00 fuel service charge will apply. This fee will be clearly communicated prior to any program start.

Additional Material Charges: Each trip includes the collection of one medical waste container (typically a 40-gallon tub, depending on state regulations). Additional containers during the same trip will incur a $45.00 charge per container.
