These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://onsitewaste.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
1.2 Your use of the Site confirms your acceptance of these Terms and any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy).
2. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Description of Services
OnSite provides medical and pharmaceutical waste management information, quotations, scheduling tools, and related business services via the Site. Specific services (e.g., ordering containers, scheduling pickups) may be subject to additional terms.
4. Separate Product or Service Agreements
Companies and individuals may choose to purchase products or services and/or enter into separately negotiated agreements with Bluestone Medical, Inc. d/b/a OnSite Waste Technologies. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of such separate agreements and these Terms, the separate agreement shall prevail solely with respect to its subject matter.
5. Account Registration
5.1 Certain features require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
5.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
6. User Obligations
6.1 You will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
6.2 You must not:
Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Site.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, software—is owned or licensed by OnSite and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may view, download, and print copies of content solely for your internal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Those sites operate independently; OnSite is not responsible for their content or practices. Your interactions with those sites are solely between you and the third party.

By providing your contact information and using the Site, you expressly consent that OnSite Waste Technologies, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and trusted partners may contact you—including by email, autodialed and/or prerecorded calls, AI-powered calls, and text messages (SMS/MMS)—at the telephone number or email address you provide, even if that number is on a do-not-call registry. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ONSITE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONSITE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL ONSITE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnSite and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 No waiver of any term will be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
16.2 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16.3 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms for specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and OnSite regarding the Site.
