Safety Features of Your TE-5000

TE-5000

Several important safety features designed to keep users and practices safe are built into the TE-5000.

Some of the important safety features of your TE-5000 are:

  • Your TE-5000 has a locking feature that remains enabled throughout it’s sterilization cycles. Once a cycle has begun, the lid will remain locked until the cycle is complete.
  • Your TE-5000 uses heat to sterilize your medical waste. Temperatures are closely monitored throughout the sterilization process for both compliance and safety purposes. If the machine ever gets too hot, your TE-5000 will automatically shut off.
  • Following the sterilization cycle, your TE-5000 enters a cooling process before opening again. The container will never be too hot to take out once the machine has unlocked following a cycle.
  • A custom air filtration system is included in your TE-5000 to mitigate the fumes caused by the sterilization process.
