Assembling Your Tin Collection Containers

TE-5000

Your tin collection containers are not only designed for on-site sterilization with the TE-5000, but also to fit seamlessly into your current workflow.

To maximize the benefits of our solutions, these collection tins should replace all of your sharps and red bags whenever possible. For your convenience, containers replenish automatically. OnSite will send you new containers when we see you are getting low. Containers and lids arrive together and are easy to assemble.

Ensure that the clear plastic is flush with the black lid liner before you begin assembling.

The first step is to take the tin collection container and place it on a stable surface, such as a counter. Next, grab the appropriate container lid.

Ensure that the lid can spin freely. Press the lid down onto the tin collection container. You will notice that there are 6 notches all around the top of the container, ensure that they have snapped in properly and that the lid is completely secured. For spinner lids, make sure that the spinner can spin freely. For rocker lids, ensure that the flap opens entirely.

Now you’re ready to begin collecting and treating waste!
